As parents we are always making cupcakes or cookies for various parties, get-togethers, and school functions. How about adding the cutest St. Patricks Day Chocolate Covered Oreos? These cute little guys will WOW even the toughest critics (the kids mostly, lol).

These St. Patricks Day Chocolate Covered Oreos can be changed from holiday to holiday, the possibilities are endless. All you need is the right mold and voila! Sooo, rather than me ramble on and on, let’s get started with the sweet stuff.
Chocolate Covered Oreos
- 1 bag Wilton Chocolate Melts any color!
- 1 bag Oreo Cookies
- 1 pkg Candy Eyes
Gather all Ingredients
Warm Chocolate melts in Microwave safe bowl on 1/2 power (or defrost setting) Stirring between 30 sec intervals.
Once chocolate is melted. Fill each cavity of mold until bottom is covered.
Add one Oreo to each cavity and fill remainder of cavity until Oreo is no longer visible.
Refrigerate mold when filled. Approx 10 minutes or until Chocolate has hardened.
When ready, place mold on large plate and gently push on top of mold to release each Shamrock.
Add little Candy eyes...and Voila!!
